Limassol: A four-year-old girl has died as a result of Influenza A, State Health Services Organization (OKYpY) announced on Monday.
According to Cyprus News Agency, OKYpY spokesperson Charalambos Charilaou informed the press that the 4-year-old girl was transferred on Saturday, intubated and in critical condition, from the Limassol General Hospital to Makareio Children's ICU. She passed away at noon on Monday.
He added that attending doctors stated the cause of death was multi-organ failure as a result of Influenza A.
