Nicosia: Foreign Affairs Minister Constantinos Kombos has expressed support for the recent agreement between the United States and Iran, calling it a crucial development for regional stability. This endorsement came during a telephone conversation with Iranian Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi.
According to Cyprus News Agency, Kombos shared his views on the MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) in a public statement on platform X. He highlighted the significance of the agreement in fostering regional peace and emphasized the necessity of ongoing dialogue and diplomatic efforts. "I welcomed the agreement on the MoU, an important step towards enhancing regional stability. We also underlined the importance of continued dialogue and diplomatic engagement," Kombos stated in his post, reflecting a commitment to sustained diplomatic relations.
