Larnaca: Flights between Cyprus and Tel Aviv, which had been disrupted due to an attack at Ben Gurion airport earlier on Sunday, are resuming, according to sources from airport operator Hermes, as reported by CNA.
According to Cyprus News Agency, most airlines have resumed their operations from and to Larnaca and Paphos airports. Late in the afternoon, a flight from Ben Gurion successfully landed at Pafos airport, followed by another flight taking off. Concurrently, flights at Larnaca airport also recommenced, with a departure to Tel Aviv occurring shortly after 1900 local time.
It is noted that several airlines continued operating their flights throughout the day to and from Israel, despite the earlier disruptions.
