Nicosia: The Future Skills Hub, the Lifelong Learning Centre of European University Cyprus, has announced the launch of a new intensive program, 'Executive Business Accelerator: A Mini MBA Program for Strategic Executives'. This HRDA-approved initiative is designed to deliver the essential knowledge of a Mini MBA through a highly practical and applied format.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the programme aims to strengthen business competitiveness in the digital era by combining advanced management capabilities with cutting-edge technologies. Its objective is to equip tomorrow's leaders with the tools and skills required to transform organisational performance, drive growth, and enhance long-term sustainability.
The learning approach is entirely hands-on, incorporating workshops, live demonstrations, breakout rooms, and real-world business case studies, delivered by certified HRDA trainers. The training team includes Dr Celia Hadjichristodoulou, an award-winning entrepreneur; Andri Penta, Country Director of DOOR Training and Consulting; and Dr Angelos Vouldis, an expert in Artificial Intelligence with experience at Mercedes-Benz.
The programme's content is structured around key areas of modern business management, including strategy and leadership, executive skills, finance and KPIs, innovation and growth, marketing and digital transformation, and AI and operations.
Designed as a leadership accelerator, the Mini MBA targets business owners, general managers, department managers, operations managers, emerging executives, team leaders, decision-makers, freelancers, and business consultants seeking a comprehensive understanding of business operations and management.
The programme spans 42 hours across 14 weekly sessions from 15 October 2026 to 28 January 2027, held every Thursday from 09:00 to 12:30. The programme fee is £1,080, with an HRDA subsidy reducing the cost to £240 for eligible participants. Non-HRDA eligible participants can enroll for £810 plus VAT.
