Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has issued a forecast for the sea area of Cyprus for the period from 1800 on October 13, 2025, until 1800 on October 14, 2025. The forecast covers an area extending 8 kilometers seawards and indicates that weak low pressure is affecting the region, resulting in mainly fine weather with occasional local cloud coverage.

Visibility in the area is expected to remain good, with sea surface temperatures reported at 26°C. No warnings have been issued for the period. The wind conditions vary across the west, south, east, and north coasts, with winds generally ranging from 3 to 4 on the Beaufort scale, indicating smooth to slight sea states throughout the forecast period.
The west coast will experience northwest to northeast winds at night, shifting to variable winds in the morning, and west to northwest winds in the afternoon. The south coast will see northwest to north winds at night, variable winds in the morning, and south to southwest winds in the afternoon. For the east coast, west to northwest winds will prevail at night, changing to variable winds in the morning, and south to southeast winds in the afternoon. The north coast will have southeast to southwest winds at night, variable winds in the morning, and west to northwest winds in the afternoon.
