For the West Coast, winds in the morning will shift from southeast to southwest at Beaufort scale 3, gradually transitioning to southwest to west at 3 to 4, with the sea state ranging from smooth to slight. In the afternoon, winds are expected to change from southwest to northwest at 3 to 4,
maintaining a smooth to slight sea state, and by night, winds will alter from northwest to northeast at 3.
On the South Coast, variable winds are forecasted in the morning at scale 3, gradually moving to south to southwest at 3 to 4, with the sea remaining smooth to slight. Afternoon winds from southwest to west at 3 to 4, occasionally reaching 4, will continue the smooth to slight sea state. By night, the winds will transition from northwest to northeast at 3.
The East Coast will see morning winds from west to northwest at scale 3, later shifting to south to southwest at 3 to 4, with the sea condition remaining smooth to slight. In the afternoon, winds from south to southwest at 3 to 4 will maintain the smooth to slight sea state, reverting to northwest to northeast winds at 3 by night.
