Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has released its forecast for the sea area of Cyprus, indicating that the region will experience mainly fine weather with some local cloud coverage. The forecast period extends from 1800 on October 6, 2025, to 1800 on October 7, 2025, covering an area of 8 kilometers seawards.
According to Cyprus News Agency, a weak low-pressure system is currently affecting the area. This system is expected to result in partly cloudy to mainly cloudy conditions tomorrow, with a risk of light isolated showers, especially over the western and northern coastal areas. Despite the cloud coverage, visibility remains good.
The atmospheric pressure at the time of the forecast issue was recorded at 1012 hPa. Sea surface temperature in the region is noted to be 26°C. Currently, there are no warnings issued for the area, and winds are being monitored on the Beaufort scale.
