Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) All Share Index saw a decline at the latest stock exchange meeting. The indices reflected varied performances, with most showing a negative trend. The meeting took place on December 22, 2025, and revealed fluctuations in several key market indices.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 Index recorded a slight decrease of 0.260%, closing at 167.640, with a traded value of 946,133.800 euros. The Main Market Index experienced a more pronounced decline of 0.400%, settling at 222.780, with transactions amounting to 898,619.280 euros.
The Investment Companies Market Index also dropped by 0.900%, ending at 3,046.670, with a traded value of 56,000.530 euros. Meanwhile, the CSE General Index fell by 0.250%, closing at 276.410, with a total traded value of 947,171.870 euros.
Conversely, the Hotels Index bucked the downward trend, rising by 0.360% to close at 2,069.340, with transactions totaling 9,605.970 euros. The Alternative Market Index saw a modest decrease of 0.160%, closing at 1,869.650, with a traded value of 48,552.590 euros.
