Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) experienced a downturn in its indices during today's trading session. The CSE All Share Index reflected a decrease as the market closed, showcasing a negative trend across various sectors.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 Index recorded a slight decline of 0.160%, closing at a value of 177,220 euros with a traded value of 426,734.05 euros. The Main Market Index also witnessed a fall, dropping by 0.230% to settle at 242,920 euros, with a corresponding traded value of 385,145.41 euros.
The Investment Companies Market Index saw a decrease of 0.300%, ending the session at 3,009.390 euros, with a traded value of 23,307.42 euros. Similarly, the CSE General Index fell by 0.250%, closing at 301,350 euros and a traded value of 456,244.56 euros.
The Hotels Index also declined by 0.230%, reaching 2,139.630 euros with a traded value of 1,260,000 euros. The Alternative Market Index experienced the largest drop of 0.410%, closing at 1,959.850 euros and a traded value of 71,939.15 euros.
