Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) witnessed slight declines in key indices during today's trading session. The CSE All Share Index closed with noticeable variations across different market segments, reflecting the fluctuating dynamics of the stock market.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the trading value for the day amounted to 236,988.91 euros. The FTSE/CySE 20 index recorded a marginal decrease of 0.020%, closing at 181,320 with a traded value of 226,651.620 euros. Similarly, the Main Market Index also experienced a slight dip of 0.020%, settling at 245,040 with a trading volume worth 155,682.220 euros.
The Investment Companies Market Index remained unchanged at 2,993.730, with a traded value of 7,024.790 euros, indicating stability within this segment. The CSE General Index saw a minimal percentage decrease of 0.010%, closing at 308,410 and a traded value of 227,555.580 euros.
The Hotels Index experienced the largest decline among the indices, dropping by 0.510% to 1,895.570, with a trading value of 9,398.500 euros. Meanwhile, the Alternative Market Index showed a slight decrease of 0.010%, closing at 2,056.850 with a trading value of 81,271.860 euros.
