Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) ended its latest trading session with a downward trend across most of its indices. The CSE All Share Index concluded the meeting with several declines, most notably within the Main Market and Hotels Index.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 index registered a value of 169.660, marking a decrease of 0.670%. The Main Market Index also saw a decline, settling at 228.710, which represents a 0.780% drop. The Investment Companies Market Index was not spared, showing a reduction of 0.680% and closing at 2.813,290.
The CSE General Index concluded the session at 286.770, reflecting a 0.560% decrease. Among the most significant declines was the Hotels Index, which fell by 2.310% to 1.869,550. In contrast, the Alternative Market Index showed a minimal increase, closing at 1.908,330, a slight rise of 0.050%.
The total traded value for the session amounted to 212,949.72 euros. The base values of the indices stood at 5000 for FTSEMed and 1000 for other indices, as noted in the session's records.
