Cyprus Stock Exchange Indices Show Mixed Results at Latest Meeting

Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) concluded its latest stock exchange meeting with varied outcomes across its indices. The meeting, which took place on February 26, 2026, saw the CSE All Share Index close with different percentage changes in its various sectors.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 Index recorded a slight decline of 0.370%, concluding at a value of 173,560 with a traded value of pound 280,398.72. In contrast, the Main Market Index experienced a modest increase of 0.190%, reaching a value of 234,340 and a traded value of pound 209,271.00.

The Investment Companies Market Index saw a decrease of 0.650%, finalizing at 2.896,010 with a traded value of pound 26,323.36. The CSE General Index showed a minor increase of 0.060%, closing at 291,410 with a traded value of pound 283,313.74. Meanwhile, the Hotels Index remained unchanged at 1.986,110 with no traded value recorded.

The Alternative Market Index experienced a decline of 0.630%, ending at 1.907,980 with a traded value of pound 74,682.64. The meeting's overall traded value amounted to pound 284,997.76, reflecting the mixed performance of the different market indices.
