Cyprus Stock Exchange Indices Show Mixed Performance Amid Varied Market Activity

Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) concluded its latest trading session with mixed results across various indices. The CSE All Share Index reflected these fluctuations in its closing values.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 Index experienced a slight decline of 0.210%, closing with a value of 156,620 and a traded value of 286.026,400 pounds. In contrast, the Main Market Index demonstrated a notable increase of 2.100%, achieving a value of 206,710 and a traded value of 258.081,480 pounds.

The Investment Companies Market Index also saw a modest rise of 0.360%, reaching a value of 2.691,880 with a traded value of 78.591,180 pounds. The CSE General Index followed suit with a gain of 1.590%, closing at 261,370 and a traded value of 287.069,500 pounds.

However, the Hotels Index experienced a significant decrease of 3.510%, concluding at 1.756,610 with a traded value of 1.034,580 pounds. The Alternative Market Index also recorded a minor decline of 0.380%, ending at 1.797,200 with a traded value of 28.988,020 pounds.

Overall, the trading session showcased a dynamic environment with indices reflecting varied performances across different sectors.
