Cyprus Stock Exchange Indices Record Mixed Performance at Latest Meeting

Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) witnessed varied movements in its indices during the latest stock exchange meeting. The CSE All Share Index closed with notable changes across various sectors, reflecting a dynamic trading session.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 index recorded a slight decline, closing at 167.680, marking a 0.140% decrease with a traded value of 278,872.310 euros. The Main Market Index also experienced a drop, falling by 0.280% to settle at 226.040, with a traded value of 248,718.940 euros.

Investment Companies Market Index saw a more pronounced decline, dropping by 0.610% to 3,105.630, with a trading volume of 31,402.000 euros. The CSE General Index ended the session at 276.600, slightly down by 0.130%, and recorded a traded value of 278,892.910 euros.

In contrast, the Hotels Index remained stable with no percentage change, reflecting no trading activity, while the Alternative Market Index decreased by 0.180% to 1,828.310, with a traded value of 30,173.970 euros. The overall traded value of the session amounted to 301,243.51 euros, indicating an active trading day at the exchange.
