Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) concluded its latest trading session with a noticeable decline across several key indices. The CSE All Share Index closed today with significant changes, impacting various sectors of the market.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 index experienced a decrease of 1.120%, closing at a value of 179.230, with a traded value of 435,509.970 euros. The Main Market Index also faced a downturn, recording a 1.220% drop to settle at 241.990, with a corresponding traded value of 349,526.140 euros.
The Investment Companies Market Index saw the most substantial decline, falling by 1.970% to reach 2,868.900, and a traded value of 49,833.870 euros. Likewise, the CSE General Index dipped by 1.100%, closing at 305.000, with a traded value of 435,585.820 euros.
In contrast, the Hotels Index showed a slight increase of 0.100%, finishing at 1,861.830, with a traded value of 4,393.600 euros. Meanwhile, the Alternative Market Index decreased by 0.870%, ending the session at 2,023.100, with a traded value of 91,049.920 euros.
The overall traded value for the session was recorded at 445,765.14 euros, highlighting a mixed performance across different market sectors.
