Cyprus Stock Exchange Indices Experience Marginal Decline Amidst Varied Market Performance

Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) reported slight declines across several indices during today's trading session. The CSE All Share Index closed with varied performances among different market segments, reflecting a day of mixed trading results.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 Index closed at 185.790, marking a decrease of 0.240%. The Main Market Index saw a slightly larger decline of 0.290%, closing at 247.850. Investment Companies Market Index experienced a drop of 0.680%, ending the session at 2,815.730. Meanwhile, the CSE General Index mirrored the FTSE/CySE 20 with a 0.240% decrease, closing at 316.230.

The Hotels Index recorded a notable decline of 1.320%, closing at 1,836.190. In contrast, the Alternative Market Index showed a slight increase of 0.020%, closing at 2,153.250. The total traded value for the day was 264,897.82 euros, with significant contributions from various indices, including 249,999.680 euros from the FTSE/CySE 20 and 171,196.670 euros from the Main Market Index.
