Cyprus Stock Exchange Indices Exhibit Mixed Performance

Nicosia: The Cyprus Stock Exchange (CSE) witnessed a mixed performance in its indices during today's stock exchange meeting. The CSE All Share Index saw fluctuations across various sectors, reflecting a blend of gains and losses in the market activities.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the FTSE/CySE 20 Index closed at 173.540, showing a slight decline of 0.020%. The Main Market Index, however, experienced a positive change, rising by 0.440% to close at 230.350. The Investment Companies Market Index remained stable with no percentage change, closing at 3.067,210.

The CSE General Index recorded a modest increase of 0.250%, reaching a value of 287.090. A notable rise was observed in the Hotels Index, which surged by 2.600% to close at 2.133,910. Conversely, the Alternative Market Index faced a decline, dropping by 0.430% to settle at 1.943,270.

Overall, today's trading resulted in a total traded value of 472.364,84 euros. The performance of these indices provides insight into the current trends and investor sentiment in the Cypriot financial market.
