Nicosia: Cyprus experienced a range of temperatures across its regions today, with notable differences between the highest and lowest recorded temperatures.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the Department of Meteorology provided detailed data on the weather conditions throughout the island.
In the capital city of Nicosia (Athalassa), the highest temperature reached 35°C, while the lowest recorded was 22°C, accompanied by humidity levels at 42% at 1200 UTC. Meanwhile, Larnaka Airport reported a high of 33°C and a low of 24°C, with humidity significantly higher at 61%.
Limassol experienced a high of 31°C and a low of 23°C, with humidity levels reaching 65%. Pafos Airport recorded temperatures ranging from 30°C to 23°C, with the highest humidity level at 72%. Additionally, Frenaros saw temperatures between 32°C and 24°C, with humidity at 62%.
Prodromos, known for its cooler climate, recorded the lowest temperatures on the island, with a high of 24°C and a low of 17°C, and a notable 100% humidity. In Polis Pafos, the temperature varied from a high of 34°C to a low of 23°C, with humidity at 48%.
