Cyprus Sees High Temperatures Across Regions

Nicosia: Cyprus experienced high temperatures today, with the Department of Meteorology reporting varying degrees across different regions. The temperature data was collected from 20:00 PC of the previous day until the time of the report's release, highlighting notable variations in weather conditions across the island.

According to Cyprus News Agency, Nicosia (Athalassa) recorded the highest temperature at 40°C, with a low of 20°C and humidity registering at 23% at 1200 UTC. Larnaka Airport saw a high of 34°C and a low of 22°C, with a significantly higher humidity level at 58%. In Limassol, temperatures reached 32°C with a low of 21°C, and humidity was recorded at 56%.

Pafos Airport reported a high of 31°C and a low of 24°C, with humidity at 69%, the highest among the listed stations. Frenaros had temperatures reaching 34°C with a low of 22°C and a humidity level of 51%. Prodromos was notably cooler, with the highest temperature at 28°C and the lowest at 18°C, along with a humidity level of 46%. Meanwhile, Polis Pafos recorded a high of 33°C and a low of 21°C, with humidity at 51%.
