Nicosia: A warm air mass is set to influence the sea area around Cyprus, according to the latest forecast from the Cyprus Department of Meteorology. The forecast, which is effective from 1800 on June 10, 2025, to 1800 on June 11, 2025, covers an area extending 8 kilometers seawards.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the expected weather will be mainly fine, although there will be instances of locally increased low cloud coverage. During the night and early morning hours, there may be occurrences of local mist and fog patches, particularly over the southern and eastern parts of the area. Visibility is generally good, but it is anticipated to be moderate to poor in mist and very poor in fog conditions.
The atmospheric pressure at the time of the forecast issuance is recorded at 1008 hPa. The sea surface temperature in the forecasted area is expected to be around 22°C. The forecast does not include any warnings, indicating that the weather conditions are not expected to pose significant hazards.
