Taipei:The retail trade turnover in Cyprus experienced a notable increase in September 2026, with the value index rising by 10.4% compared to the same month in 2025, as reported by the Cyprus Statistical Service.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the retail trade turnover volume index also saw substantial growth, increasing by 7.7% in September 2026 compared to the corresponding month of the previous year.

Furthermore, the data revealed that for the period of January to September 2026, the retail trade turnover value index rose by 8.4% compared to the same period in 2025. Additionally, the retail trade turnover volume index showed a 6.6% increase over the corresponding period in the previous year.
