Cyprus Records High Temperatures Across Major Cities

Nicosia: Cyprus experienced high temperatures today, with significant variations recorded across different locations in the country.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the Department of Meteorology provided detailed temperature data for the day. Nicosia (Athalassa) recorded the highest temperature at 36°C, while the lowest was 22°C. The humidity level in Nicosia at 1200 UTC was 32%.

Other locations also experienced warm conditions. In Limassol, the temperature peaked at 30°C with a low of 21°C and a humidity level of 58%. Larnaka Airport had a minimum temperature of 21°C, with no highest temperature specified, and a humidity level reaching 47%. Pafos Airport recorded a minimum temperature of 21°C and a high humidity level of 73%.

Frenaros reported a high of 31°C and a low of 22°C, with humidity at 52%. In the mountainous region of Prodromos, temperatures ranged from a high of 25°C to a low of 14°C, with humidity at 55%. Polis Pafos experienced temperatures between 30°C and 20°C, with humidity reaching 66%.

These figures illustrate the varying weather patterns in Cyprus, with coastal and inland areas showing different temperature and humidity levels.
