Ramallah: The Republic of Cyprus is prepared to aid in addressing the humanitarian crisis in Gaza, announced President Nikos Christodoulides during his visit to the UNICEF Offices in Ramallah.
According to Cyprus News Agency, a press release from the Presidency detailed that President Christodoulides was briefed by UNICEF staff on their ongoing activities and humanitarian initiatives. The President expressed Cyprus’s commitment to supporting these efforts, highlighting the country’s readiness to contribute to addressing the situation in Gaza.
The visit to the UNICEF Offices marked the conclusion of President Christodoulides’s working visits to Israel and Palestine. He returned to Cyprus late on Sunday evening.
