Nicosia: Cyprus FM Constantinos Kombos announced that he engaged in a telephone conversation with Egypt's Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Badr Abdelatty as part of their regular coordination efforts.
According to Cyprus News Agency, Kombos shared on X that their discussion centered on the robust bilateral relations between Cyprus and Egypt, regional developments, and the EU-Egypt Strategic Partnership, particularly in anticipation of Cyprus' upcoming Presidency of the Council of the EU. In this context, Kombos revealed that both parties have agreed to organize a Trilateral Ministerial Meeting involving Cyprus, Greece, and Egypt in Cairo in the near future.
