Cyprus Experiences Varied Temperatures Across Regions

Nicosia: Cyprus is experiencing a range of temperatures, with notable differences between various regions across the island. The Department of Meteorology has released data indicating the temperature fluctuations from 20:00 the previous day until the time of reporting.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the highest temperature recorded was in Nicosia (Athalassa) at 34°C, while the lowest was noted in Prodromos at 13°C. The capital city, Nicosia, experienced a low of 19°C, with humidity levels at 21% at 12:00 UTC. In contrast, Larnaka Airport reported a high of 32°C and a low of 21°C, with humidity reaching 55%.

Limassol recorded temperatures ranging from 31°C to 20°C, with a humidity level of 54%. Pafos Airport observed a high of 30°C and a low of 23°C, accompanied by a humidity level of 63%. Meanwhile, Frenaros experienced temperatures between 33°C and 22°C, with humidity at 50%.

In the mountainous region of Prodromos, temperatures were significantly cooler, ranging from 25°C to 13°C, with the highest humidity recorded at 65%. Polis Pafos shared similar temperatures with Limassol, registering between 31°C and 21°C, and a humidity level of 55%.
