Cyprus Experiences Scorching Temperatures Across Regions

Nicosia: Cyprus is witnessing high temperatures across its regions, with various cities experiencing significant heat levels today.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the Department of Meteorology reported that Nicosia (Athalassa) recorded the highest temperature at 39°C, while the lowest was 25°C. Humidity in Nicosia was relatively low at 15% at 1200 UTC. Meanwhile, Larnaka Airport saw temperatures ranging from 22°C to 37°C, with a humidity level of 65%.

In Limassol, the temperature reached up to 34°C, dropping to 20°C at its lowest, with a humidity level of 61%. Pafos Airport registered similar high temperatures, peaking at 34°C and a low of 24°C, with 53% humidity. Frenaros experienced temperatures between 25°C and 36°C, with a humidity of 37%.

The mountain region of Prodromos recorded a high of 28°C and a low of 19°C, with a 25% humidity level. In Polis Pafos, the temperature varied between 22°C and 36°C, with the humidity recorded at 44%.
