Cyprus Experiences Mixed Temperature Ranges Across Cities

Nicosia: Cyprus has reported varied temperature ranges across its major cities, reflecting the diverse weather conditions on the island. The Department of Meteorology has released detailed temperature readings for today.

According to Cyprus News Agency, Nicosia recorded a high of 15 degrees Celsius and a low of 6 degrees, with relative humidity at 38%. Larnaka Airport experienced slightly warmer conditions, with a high of 17 degrees and a low of 6 degrees, mirroring Nicosia's humidity level. Limassol's New Port saw the highest temperature among the monitored stations, reaching 18 degrees, while the Municipal Garden in Limassol recorded a high of 15.3 degrees. Both Limassol locations reported lows around 5 degrees, with humidity levels of 32%.

Pafos Airport also reported a high of 17 degrees and a low of 5 degrees, accompanied by 36% humidity. In Frenaros, temperatures ranged from 15 degrees down to 5 degrees, with the highest humidity recorded at 54%. The mountainous region of Prodromos experienced the coldest conditions, with a high of just 4 degrees and a low dropping to -3 degrees, alongside a significant humidity level of 67%. Polis Pafos registered a high of 16 degrees and a low of 5 degrees, with humidity at 42%.

These temperature readings indicate the varied climatic conditions across Cyprus, influenced by geographical and environmental factors.
