Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has released its forecast for the sea area of Cyprus, covering a period from noon on August 30, 2025, to noon on August 31, 2025. The forecast pertains to the region extending 8 kilometers seawards from the island.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the atmospheric pressure at the time of the forecast issuance is recorded at 1011 hPa. The area is currently under the influence of seasonal low pressure. The weather is expected to be mainly fine, although there will be instances of locally increased low cloud. There is also a risk of local mist developing around dawn.
Visibility is anticipated to be good overall, but it may become moderate to poor in areas affected by mist. The sea surface temperature is recorded at 29°C, and there are no warnings in effect for the specified period.
