Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry Offers Free Webinars on Pay Transparency Tool

Nicosia: The Cyprus Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) has announced a series of free webinars aimed at educating businesses on the use of a newly developed job evaluation tool. These webinars are part of the eValueJobs project, which is co-funded by the European Union to enhance pay transparency and support compliance with the European Directive (EU) 2023/970.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the eValueJobs project is designed to help businesses objectively evaluate job positions and develop fair salary structures. The initiative supports the European Union's focus on strengthening pay transparency and promoting equal pay in the workplace. The project is coordinated by the Department of Labour Relations of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance and is part of the "CERV - Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values" program.

The free one-hour online seminars will be conducted on May 11 and May 18 to guide interested parties on using the job evaluation tool effectively. These seminars are complementary to CCCI's ongoing efforts to organize workshops on the key provisions of the European Directive, which will take effect on June 7, 2026. Interested participants can register for the seminars through the eValueJobs - Webinar registration form.
