Nicosia: The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has released a forecast for the sea area of Cyprus, predicting mainly fine weather conditions for the period from 0600 on July 14, 2025, until 0600 on July 15, 2025. However, residents and maritime operators should be aware of potential visibility issues during the night and early morning hours.
According to Cyprus News Agency, the forecast indicates that while the weather will generally remain clear, there will be times of increased low cloud coverage, particularly affecting the southern and eastern coasts. This could result in local mist and fog patches during the specified period, leading to moderate to poor visibility in mist and very poor conditions in fog.
The atmospheric pressure at the time of the forecast issuance was recorded at 1007 hPa, with seasonal low pressure influencing the area. Despite these conditions, no warnings have been issued, and the sea surface temperature is expected to remain at a warm 27°C, providing favorable conditions for daytime
activities.
