Nicosia:Minister of Defence Vasilis Palmas met with the new US Ambassador to Cyprus, John Breslow, on Friday to discuss the ongoing collaboration between Cyprus and the United States in defence and security.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the meeting involved a review of bilateral cooperation in these strategic areas. Both parties expressed a shared commitment to continue and enhance their joint efforts.

They also confirmed their mutual interest in contributing to peace and stability in the Eastern Mediterranean region.
