Nicosia: Cyprus and Greece are demonstrating in practice that, through enhanced cooperation in all sectors, they achieve much more together, President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, has stressed.
According to Cyprus News Agency, President Christodoulides expressed his pride in a post on ‘X’, highlighting that exactly two years ago, in November 2023, the two countries inaugurated the Intergovernmental Summits of Greece – Cyprus. This initiative was institutionalized following a joint decision that holds high symbolic and essential importance, marking a necessary and extremely beneficial practice for more effective, multi-thematic, and substantive cooperation.
President Christodoulides emphasized that the cooperation between Cyprus and Greece is not merely confined to statements. It is manifested through specific policies, projects, actions, and results. He assured that both countries would continue to pursue their collaborative efforts with the same determination, reflecting their commitment to achieving greater outcomes together.
