Sacramento: Cypriot Swimmer Kalia Antoniou won the bronze medal at the TYR Pro Swim Series in Sacramento, USA, setting a new Cypriot record.
According to Cyprus News Agency, Antoniou took on Saturday the 3rd place in the 50m freestyle, with time 24:83, breaking the Cypriot record that she held herself.
It is noted that the time she achieved is considered as first limit for the World Championships in Budapest in 2027.
