According to Cyprus News Agency, Pelendritou improved her performance compared to last year's race at the IDM Berlin, where she finished the qualifying round with a time of 1:24.06 in the 100m breaststroke. This achievement highlights her continued excellence and determination in the sport. In the same event, Russian swimmer Daria Lukianenko claimed the gold medal, while Ali Diehl from Canada took home the bronze. Pelendritou is set to compete in the 50m freestyle race on Sunday, hoping to add another medal to her impressive collection.
