Cold Air Mass Influences Cyprus Sea Area with Fine Weather

Nicosia: A cold air mass is currently affecting the sea area around Cyprus, bringing mainly fine weather conditions. The Cyprus Department of Meteorology has issued a forecast covering an area extending 8 kilometers seaward for the period from 1800 on February 27, 2026, until 1800 on February 28, 2026.

According to Cyprus News Agency, the weather is expected to remain mostly fine, although there will be instances of locally increased cloud cover. Visibility in the area is anticipated to be good, and the sea surface temperature is recorded at 18°C. The atmospheric pressure at the time of the report was 1016 hPa. Importantly, no warnings have been issued for this period, indicating stable weather conditions for maritime activities.
