Visits to pharmacy, blood donation, doctor, to help others, exempt from one outing per day restriction

Cyprus Health Minister ConstantinosIoannou has announced via Twitter that visits to the pharmacy, for blood donation, to the doctor and to help others who are unable to meet their own needs and the transportation of members of the national guard, are exempt from a restriction placed on citizens from Tuesday morning prohibiting them to make more than one trip outside their households per day.

The Minister of Health who had announced earlier on Monday tighter measures than the ones already in place as part of the country`s effort to contain the COVID-19 outbreak wrote on Twitter “Clarification – Trips to/from pharmacies, blood donation, visits to a doctor, to people who cannot meet their own needs and the transport of national guard soldiers are exempted from the restriction of no more than one outing per day.”
