Total fuel sales rose by an annual 14.8% in September while total sales in the period of January – September 2021 marked a marginal rise of 0.9%.
According to data released by Cystat fuel inventory in end-September declined by 10.5% compared with August of 2021.
In September 2021 total fuel sales amounted to 127,246 tonnes.
Fuel provisions to airplanes spiked by an annual 140.4% in September as aviation activities are recovering from the Covid pandemic, marine gasoil rose by 48.3% year on year. Sales of liquefied petroleum gases accelerated by 55.9%, kerosene by 30.0% and heating gasoil by 20.6%.
Sales of motor gasoline and road diesel rose by a marginal 0,1%, while a decrease was recorded in the sales of light fuel oil with 29.9% and asphalt by -23.8%.
