President calls on Turkish side to name what it wants and be judged

If the Turkish side wants a solution of the Cyprus problem, it must submit its positions in writing or repeat what it demands, so that everyone can decide if this is a solution that can lead to a viable and functional state, President of the Republic of Cyprus Nicos Anastasiades has said. Replying to claims by Turkish Cypriot leader Mustafa Akinci on Friday evening that he requested a discussion on a two-state solution in Cyprus, President Anastasiades said Akinci’s memory seems to be failing him.
