Police fined 20 citizens and 5 establishment owners for violations of COVID measures, in a total of 2.714 checks the last 24 hours across the island.
A press officer from the Police Press Office told the Cyprus News Agency that in Nicosia the police carried out 1,234 checks during which they fined 6 citizens and 3 establishement owners, in Limassol in 196 checks 4 fines were handed to citizens and in Larnaka the Police made 482 checks and fined one citizen.
