Passengers arriving in Cyprus must have 48 hour PCR from Tuesday evening onwards

All passengers arriving in Cyprus airports by 2300 hours local time on Tuesday evening will have to show a 48 hour negative PCR test irrespective of whether they are vaccinated or not, Senior Manager Aviation Development, Marketing and Communication of Hermes Airports, Maria Kouroupi has told CNA.

The measure will be in effect today and it applies to all passengers over 12 years of age, she said.

Replying to a question, Kouroupi noted that it is not an unprecedented measure, adding that in the past two years everyone has had to learn to operate under such conditions.
