PACE President holds contacts in Denmark

PACE President Stella Kyriakides met in Copenhagen with the President of the Danish parliament, Pia Kjaersgaard.

The Bureau and the Standing Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) are in session in the Danish capital, as the country takes up the six-monthly Chairmanship of the Committee of Ministers.

An announcement by the President’s office says that Kyriakides and Kjaersgaard exchanged views on the priorities of the Chairmanship, as well as on other issues.

The President of PACE also met separately with Minister for Development Cooperation Ulla TA�rnAs and OSCE Parliamentary Assembly President George Tsereteli.
