Police has fined 19 people and three establishment owners for violations of COVID-19 measures during 2,543 checks in the last 24 hours.
A Police spokesperson told CNA that in Nicosia after 1,107 checks three citizens and two establishment owners were fined while from 192 checks in Limassol, 8 people were handed out fines. In Larnaca and Morphou area, no people were reported after 435 and 154 checks respectively while in Paphos only one person was fined as well as an establishment owner following 331 checks.
