London calls for “flexibility” on Cyprus ahead of Kasoulides visit

The UK Government has repeated its call for all sides involved in the Cyprus settlement talks to show flexibility, on the eve of a meeting between Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides and Minister for Europe Sir Alan Duncan in London. Responding to a question by CNA, a Foreign Office spokeswoman said “to secure a sustainable settlement, the two leaders need to address a number of complex issues. They have shown courage and commitment to get this far, and have made remarkable progress”.
