Isolated heavy thunderstorms are expected to affect mainly the western and southern areas of Cyprus throughout Saturday evening and night, the Meteorology Department has said in a yellow warning.
The warning is valid between 18:00 hours on Saturday and 05:00 hours on Sunday local time.
“Isolated heavy thunderstorms are expected to affect mainly the western half of the island and southern areas,” it says.
