In July 2016 compared with June 2016, seasonally adjusted industrial production has fallen by 1.1% in the euro area (EA19) and by 1.0% in the EU28, according to estimates from Eurostat.
?n Cyprus production increased by 3.1 in June compared to May and by 10.6% in an annual basis (most recent available data).
In June 2016 industrial production rose by 0.8% in the euro area and by 0.7% in the EU28. In July 2016 compared with July 2015, industrial production decreased by 0.5% in the euro area and by 0.1% in the EU28.
Among Member States for which monthly comparison data are available, the largest decreases in industrial production were registered in Slovakia (-15.9%), the Czech Republic (-9.7%) and the Netherlands (-5.8%), and the highest increases in Estonia (+4.5%), Ireland (+3.7%) and Denmark (+2.3%).
