The House Price Index (HPI) recorded an icrease of 1.1% in the first quarter of 2022, reaching 103.95 units, according to preliminary estimate of the Statistical Service, published on Friday.
Compared to the fourth quarter of 2021, the HPI increased by 0.5%.
