Ηοuse President Annita Demetriou met on Monday with outgoing Ambassador of Greece Theocharis Lalakos.
Demetriou expressed her sincere thanks and appreciation to the Greek Ambassador for the very substantial work he has done and for the good cooperation between the House of Representatives and the Embassy of Greece, during his stay in Cyprus and wished him every success in his new duties at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hellenic Republic.
During the meeting, according to an announcement by the Parliament, the relations and the excellent cooperation between Cyprus and Greece and the Parliaments of the two countries were discussed and the upcoming visit of Demetriou to Athens, set for next October.
