Greek PM satisfied by EUCO draft conclusions on Turkey

The Prime Minister of Greece, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, expressed his satisfaction with the initial draft of the European Council conclusions as presented.

Mitsotakis, who was arriving at the Summit of the European Council, in Brussels, said that the text provides for a positive engagement with Turkey which will be proportionate and reversible.

He noted the need to co-operate with Turkey on immigration issues, but stressed that any exploitation of migratory flows should be avoided.
