Government Spokesman says President made strict demarche over Eide’s public comments

Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades has made strict demarches to the UN Special Adviser on Cyprus Espen Barth Eide over statements he has made in public on the reasons the process in Crans-Montana had a negative outcome, Government Spokesman Nikos Christodoulides has said.President Anastasiades received Eide at the Presidential Palace on Monday. In statements to the press after the meeting, Christodoulides said that Anastasiades had made strict demarches to Eide for what he has said in public in relation to the reasons which lead to a negative outcome in Crans-Montana.
