Touching upon his time at Galatasaray and his experience playing abroad Kerimoglu stated I spent 14 years at Galatasaray and in 1999 I had the opportunity to play abroad. I have always reaped the rewards of being a part of Galatasaray. I learned to stand straight and be honest. I am proud to have been a Galatasaray player. We need to be well-informed about the culture of Galatasaray. I wasn’t about scoring goals I was about setting them up.
